1. Information We Collect
a) Account Information
To use the App, you sign in with credentials for a tracking server (Traccar-based) that you or your organization operates or subscribes to. This may include your username, password, and session data. We do not create or store a separate account database of our own — your account is managed by the server you connect to.
b) Location Data
The App collects precise GPS location data from vehicles and, where enabled, from the device running the App, in order to display live and historical positions on the map. Location may be collected while the App is in use, and, if you grant background/"Allow all the time" permission, while the App is running in the background, so that vehicle tracking stays up to date.
c) Fleet, Vehicle & Driver Data
This includes vehicle details, driver profiles, trip history, geofences you create, device commands you send, and related fleet-management records associated with your account.
d) Vehicle Camera / Streaming Data
If your vehicles are equipped with compatible camera/dashcam GPS devices and you choose to use the live-streaming feature, video streamed from those devices is displayed within the App. The App does not access your phone's own camera.
e) Device & Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, network/connectivity status, and basic diagnostic/log data to help us maintain and improve the App.

3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the Google Maps SDK to display maps and vehicle locations. Google may collect and process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The App connects to a tracking server operated by you or your organization (a Traccar-based server). Data you enter is sent to and stored by that server, which you control.
4. Data Storage & Security
Login credentials are stored using secure, encrypted on-device storage. Some data is cached locally on your device to allow offline access to recently viewed information. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only:
- With the tracking server you connect the App to (operated by you or your organization)
- With service providers such as Google Maps, strictly to provide App functionality
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and users
6. Permissions We Request
- Location (While Using / Always): to show and track vehicle/device position, including in the background
- Notifications: to alert you about fleet events such as geofence entry/exit or device commands
- Internet access: to communicate with your tracking server
You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
7. Data Retention
Fleet, location, and account data is retained on the tracking server you connect to, for as long as your account with that server remains active or as required by applicable law. Locally cached data on your device can be cleared by logging out or uninstalling the App.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since your data is primarily stored on the tracking server your organization operates, such requests should generally be directed to your fleet administrator. 9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for business/fleet-management use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
